Thinking can point us to what is beyond words, but our fear thoughts can overtake us. We all have a tendency to lock into what is wrong in ourselves and the world- our reptilian brains are hard wired to see the “wrong” in order to survive.

Our thoughts perpetuate our emotions…climbing into a news rabbit hole at 11pm can be physically debilitating and on the other side of the coin, looking for the Good and taking inventory of the beauty in and around you can be salve to the soul…
