As compassionate coaches, we are here to help you identify your limiting beliefs, core fears, and excuses that have kept you stuck…We understand that each client is an intricate system of variables; and if one variable is out of alignment, it affects the entire system. For example, boundaries (or lack thereof) affects our body composition just as poor sleep quality affects our energy level…
By listening well and attuning, we help clients identify and trust their own inner compass and deep sense of knowing. As humans, we thrive when our higher self drives the car- this means when we make a plan and follow-through (regardless of how we feel in the moment), we will feel a sense of peace and connect to our inner strength. Our brain thrives when are thoughts and actions are in alignment…and contrary to popular belief, “will power” does not diminish when we execute from our higher self- rather, it builds momemntum and clarity.
