One-on-One Wellness Coaching

Accountability and coaching Sessions

Our Wellness Engineers work with you to make small changes to your life that will accumulate into overall wellness transformation. In order to change your wellness trajectory, you need structure, manageable goals, accountability, and feedback.

This is the core of what we do. After your structure is created, we will meet with you weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly to evaluate what is and isn't working. We are here to both encourage and help you navigate the obstacles!

60-MINUTE COACHING/ ACCOUNTABILITY SESSION

In this 60-minute coaching session, we will analyze your body composition (if applicable); evaluate and celebrate positives; address hurdles; and set measurable goals to work on! After your session, you will be sent written notes and resource links as they apply to your goals.

30-MINUTE COACHING/ACCOUNTABILITY SESSION

In this 30-minute coaching session, we will analyze your body composition (if applicable); evaluate and celebrate positives; address hurdles; and set measurable goals to work on! After your session, you will be sent written notes and resource links as they apply to your goals.

15 min Phone Call

This option is for when you have pressing questions that can not wait until your next session - schedule a 15-minute phone-call with a coach!
