Our Wellness Engineers work with you to implement small changes in your lifestyle that will accumulate into overall wellness transformation. In order to change your wellness trajectory, you need structure, manageable goals, accountability, and feedback.

Accountability/support is at the heart of what we do. After your wellness roadmap is created, we will meet with you weekly or bi-monthly to evaluate what is and isn't working. We are here to both inform your next steps and encourage you along the way!


Depending on where you are in your journey, you may need more or less time to examine mindsets/habits that are affecting your choices. Every accountability session includes the following:

  • Celebrating wins

  • Assessing body composition and/or “how you feel” (“measuring sticks” vary)

  • Addressing hurdles

  • Setting measurable goals

This option is for clients who have pressing questions that can not wait until the next session - Sometimes a 15-minute reset makes all the difference!
