*New clients book a 60-minute consult which includes an online interview and office consult where we go over medical history, goals, food preferences, lifestyle, etc.
*A customized wellness plan is then created for the client that includes a variety of instructions/goals including but not limited to nutrition, nutrient timing, supplements, movement, meditation, and sleep habits.
*Goals are then scaffolded and weekly or bi-monthly coaching sessions are established to create accountability/provide feedback.
$289 (Wellness Plan) with $29-$69 accountability sessions (depending on session length and coach)
Option 2:
New clients book a 30-minute wellness tune-up to address specific health and wellness questions.
This option is great for clients who do not need a structured wellness plan.
In this session, we will review key wellness components and take inventory of what needs tweaking.
Most clients who choose this option see us every month for 30-minutes.
$59-$69 (depending on session coach)
