Wellness (60 minutes)
After you book your initial 60-minute session, you will receive an online interview form. Please fill it out with as much detail as possible.
After we review your intake interview, we will meet for 60-minutes in our office or on the phone to discuss your lifestyle, food value, and health history; examine limiting belief systems, and assess your body composition/blood data.
Following the intake session, you will receive a customized wellness plan that includes a structured meal plan based on your food value and time constraints, Trader Joes and/or Whole Foods shopping lists, nutrient timing schedule, supplement recommendations, 5-minute meals, wellness goals, etc. Your plan is PERSONALIZED- it is not one size fits all!
We will also scaffold personalized wellness goals. These include movement, micronutrient intake, sleep, mindful eating techniques, meditation, etc.
Finally, we will schedule weekly or bi-monthly coaching sessions to hold you accountable to your wellness/nutrition goals. The frequency of these visits will be based on your schedule and budget.

Fit-Fax Wellness Inventory/Body Composition Exam (30 minutes)
In this 30-minute tune-up, we provide you with the following:
Inbody 570 Body Composition Exam/Baseline/Explanation of Results
Wellness Inventory Packet that invites you to evaluate your current lifestyle/habits.
2-3 customized nutrition/wellness tweaks based on your lifestyle/goals.
If you do not need a customized wellness plan, you can use this 30-minute coaching sessions to discuss nutrition, nutrient timing, movement goals, supplements, meditation, mindful eating practices, etc.
Accountability and coaching Sessions
This is the core of what we do. After your structure is created, we will meet with you weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly to evaluate what is and isn't working. We are here to both encourage and help you navigate the obstacles!

In this 30-minute coaching session, we will analyze your body composition (if applicable); evaluate and celebrate positives; address hurdles; and set measurable goals to work on! After your session, you will be sent written notes and resource links as they apply to your goals.
