We are now offering one-on-one meditation coaching with our Baird Wellness community member Paula Dixon!
Our meditation counseling sessions are engineered to help you find the ideal techniques to encourage daily mindfulness practices. Each session includes a discussion of personal progress and obstacles, followed by a personalized guided meditation to suit your needs and give you direction for self-guidance.
